We also strive to represent the products on our Website as accurately as possible, however colours and resolution may vary depending on your monitor’s display. What are my payment Options?

There are three main options for payment:

Cash on Delivery only applicable in the UAE

Credit Card Online

Customers are free to use any of the above payment methods to place an order with us. We use secure payment facilities for online credit card purchases.

What happens when I place my order?

Customers can place an order by first registering through the website. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and you will have the option to amend/cancel the order. This contract is covered by U.A.E. law. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy.

Shop Vianne reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. 


How will you Ship and Deliver?

UAE Deliveries 

Once your order is processed, delivery takes 1-2 days.

For cash on delivery, our courier will call you to arrange an appropriate delivery time once order has been processed.

We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand.


Delivery takes between 10 days to 2 weeks after dispatched. We aim to dispatch next working day.

We use Emirates post and can track parcel by visiting and entering tracking number. 

UK standard deliveries (Due to Covid-19 deliveries might take longer than expected)

This service is a 3-7 day service from receipt of your order dispatch confirmation email. Once you order has been processed & on its way to you My Hermes  will send you an email with the tracking number.

International Deliveries (Due to Covid-19 we are not taking any international orders)

We use different courier partners for international deliveries. Based on the shipping country, the delivery time may change, however, most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days. A shipping quote is provided once all address details are given during checkout. While this quote is accurate almost all the time, we reserve the right to amend this based on the size and weight of the actual shipment. If there is any difference in the shipping quote, customers are informed about it before the order is processed. Customers have a chance to amend/cancel the order as required before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

All items are dispatched next working day from our warehouses after the order is processed.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Shop Vianne is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. You agree to these terms. 

What happens if you haven’t received an order, order is missing items or damaged, or shipment is late?

Please email our Customer Service team at within 7 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to help resolve any issue. Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.


What is the Returns Policy?

We really hope that you love our products! Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind for hygiene reasons. If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged you must notify us the same day immediately to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the item for an exchange or refund. Please note the following before returning your items:

To be eligible for a return, products MUST be complete in original packaging and unused

  • Email: with ‘RETURNS’ and ORDER NUMBER in the subject line, please state your reason for return within the body of the email.
  • All Sale/promotion items will not be refunded.
  • Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for paying any returns shipping costs.
  • If returning from outside of the EU please do not use courier service as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value of the parcel is listed as “Zero” and you clearly write “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
  • Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if products do not reach us or go missing.

We will respond with any further information on the returns process.  Please allow 7 working working days for us to process your refund.

It may take between 3 – 5 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. If paid by cash on delivery you would need to give us a bank details for us to process the refund.

All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.


We advice you to carry out a patch test before using the product. Anyone with unknown allergies to any of the ingredients should not use this product.
